St Clair Tennis is a place to belong and to meet with friends who also care about living an active lifestyle. Our members are individuals of all ages who are passionate about how tennis provides an enjoyable way to stay fit and healthy.
Membership at St Clair Tennis allows you to participate or substitute in league play, to rent court-time, and to participate in all drills and lessons at the member rate. Call or stop in to become part of the St Clair Tennis community!

Membership Policies

All memberships require a one year commitment, paid in full at start of membership, and are non-refundable.

 

Membership fees are paid annually and are automatically renewed and charged to member’s St Clair Tennis account unless notified of wish to cancel membership.

 

Memberships can be cancelled by filling out the Membership Cancellation form; this serves as the 30-day cancellation notice.

 

Members (except Junior members) have the privilege of charging fees, court-time, and merchandise to their St Clair Tennis account. Billing is done on the 1st of each month via email. The account is to be paid in full each month. Please notify of any email address change.

 

Delinquent accounts: Accounts over 30 days will be charged a service charge of 1.5% per month.

 

Members may bring non-members to play at St Clair Tennis. The non-member is limited to playing 3 times per year and will pay the $10 guest fee each time he plays.

 

Reserved court cancellation: Reserved courts should be cancelled as early as possible. Reserved court-time that is not cancelled more than 24 hours in advance will be charged to member’s account.

 

Children under age 4 are not allowed to remain by themselves in the Lobby area. Desk personnel do not supervise children in the lobby.

How do I sign up for a St Clair Tennis membership?

Get a Membership Form from the Lobby Front Desk or online at www.stclairtennis.com. Fill out and return with payment of
membership fee via mail or in person at front desk.

What forms of payment do you accept for memberships?

We accept Visa Card, Master Card, Discover Card, Check, or Cash.

How do I know when my membership expires?

You do not have an expiration date. Instead, you have a one-year anniversary date. We will continue your membership automatically unless you notify us of your desire to cancel. You can find out your anniversary date by contacting the front desk.

Is it possible to cancel my membership early?

We allow early cancellations for out of state relocation, military deployment, and extended medical leave. You will need to fill out a membership cancellation form; this form will serve as your 30 day cancellation notice.

I have fulfilled my 12-month membership commitment; how do I cancel my membership?

Stop by the front desk to fill out a membership cancellation form: this form will serve as your 30 day cancellation notice.

Is it possible to change my type of membership?

You can change DOWN from Family to Individual or Junior anytime after your 12-month commitment. You can change UP from Individual or Junior to Family at any time. Fees are prorated. There are no temporary upgrades.

I would like to change my billing information. Whom do I contact?

Call the front desk, 618-632-1400, to make any changes in your billing information.

I didn’t receive my monthly email billing statement. Do I just wait until I do receive my bill?

Members are responsible for paying their account balance monthly. You should receive your email statement on or around the 1st of each month. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify St Clair Tennis, 618-632-1400, if you did not receive your bill.

What do I do if I don’t think my bill is accurate?

Please contact Mark or Naomi Brunner, Managers, if your bill does not seem accurate to you. We will check everything according to our records and discuss with you. Please do not expect our desk employees to help you with your monthly bill. They do not have access to that information.
